Formerly flagged as a Travelodge, this aging 1960’s-era hotel was badly in need of a facelift. A surface parking lot was cleared to make way for a $14M addition that added 105 guestrooms, structured guest parking and 70,000 sf. of shell retail space. To visually strengthen the hotel’s presence, a tilted stucco element marks the location of the newly remodeled lobby. The existing hotel also received a full interior upgrade.
